Two weeks, read-only access. I go through your compute spend: EC2 fleets and autoscaling, spot strategy, EKS sizing, batch and ML pipelines, the storage and transfer costs tied to them, and your observability bill. You get every finding ranked by dollar impact and implementation difficulty, split into quick wins and structural changes, plus a 60-minute readout with your engineering lead and two weeks of follow-up by email.
