The Two-Week AWS Cost Audit

A ranked list of the money hiding in your compute spend. Fixed fee. If I don't identify at least 3× the fee in annualized savings, you don't pay.

I cut a projected $6.5M AWS bill to $1.5M at Blue Origin while scaling throughput 10×, as the sole infrastructure engineer on the program. Read the case study.

How it works

Two weeks, read-only access. I go through your compute spend: EC2 fleets and autoscaling, spot strategy, EKS sizing, batch and ML pipelines, the storage and transfer costs tied to them, and your observability bill. You get every finding ranked by dollar impact and implementation difficulty, split into quick wins and structural changes, plus a 60-minute readout with your engineering lead and two weeks of follow-up by email.

This is not a Trusted Advisor rerun. AWS's own tools find idle instances. This audit finds architectural money: fleets sized for a peak that never comes, workloads that belong on spot, pipelines whose costs grow faster than their output.

What I need from you

A read-only IAM role you create and can revoke anytime, and 2 to 3 hours of your engineers' time across two calls. NDA welcome; I'll sign yours or bring a mutual one.

Fee

$8,500 flat, guaranteed as above. I take two clients per quarter.

Fit

Best for teams spending $30K to $300K a month on AWS with nobody who owns the bill. If that sounds familiar:
